Overview

As an Apprentice Administrative Assistant, you'll learn how to provide outstanding service to patients while supporting the smooth running of our bookings process. Day to day, you will:

* Learn to accurately record and update patient bookings on our Patient Administration System.
* Support the bookings process with timely and professional communication.

This apprenticeship will give you hands-on experience in a busy, supportive team, while you study towards your Customer Service Level 2 qualification. You'll gain the skills and confidence you need to progress your career in administration and healthcare. You don\'t need previous experience - we\'ll support and train you every step of the way. What\'s most important is that you are:

* Enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
* Organised, with great attention to detail.
* Confident using IT systems (basic Word and Excel is helpful, but full training will be given).
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
* Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
