This global law firm is looking for a senior events executive to join their busy business development and marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all organising and advising all aspects of internal and external events management in London. There will be a focus on cross-practice events organisation.
This role will sit within a team of 3, reporting to the events manager and supported by an events assistant.
Key duties of this role will include:
* Liaising with key stakeholders, including Partners and other fee earners in the planning and execution of events
* Responsible for the annual cross practice and staff events for the London office
* Source venues for events in Europe and London
* Maintain effective relationships with agencies and suppliers
* Keep up to date with new developments in corporate hospitality including new venues, new events ideas and undertake site visits.
The successful candidate will need to have experience organising a range of events within the professional services environment. The role will suit an events executive looking for a step up in a well-known firm.
The firm’s hybrid policy is 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
