As part of our continued expansion, we are now seeking a Head of Executive Search to shape and lead our executive practice.
The Role
In this senior leadership role, you will:
* Drive business development, deepening existing client relationships and securing new retained partnerships
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of C-Suite and senior leadership mandates across multiple sectors
* Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to scale the division
* Represent the business as a thought leader, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in the market
* Build, lead and mentor a high-performing executive search team
* Collaborate with the board on revenue growth, brand positioning and service excellence
About You
You will bring:
* Significant experience in executive search leadership, ideally within a UK-based agency
* A strong network at senior and board level, and a track record of winning retained mandates
* Commercial acumen and the ability to design and deliver strategic growth plans
* Inspirational leadership qualities, with experience coaching and developing high-performing consultants
* A consultative mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
