About the Role - Assistant Manager
This is a hands on leadership role, supporting the Store Manager with the day to day retail operations of the store. As Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in driving sales, leading the team, and maintaining high standards across the shop floor.
Key responsibilities

* Support and motivate the team to achieve targets
* Drive sales and deliver strong commercial results
* Assist with rotas, payroll, and stock control
* Maintain excellent visual and operational standards

* Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience
