McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead the team at Ryland Place estate, Edgbaston, West Midlands.

Hours and Role Description
Hours: 38.75 per week, with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a vibrant community of active, independent older adults, providing support and making a positive impact daily.
Candidate Profile
* Warm, enthusiastic, self-motivated, caring deeply about older people's wellbeing
* Committed to fostering an inclusive, happy, and empowered community
* Experience in promoting welfare of older/vulnerable people and team management
* QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent management qualification (considering those in progress or registered with CQC)
* Proven people management skills
* Experience in senior living or care development, with understanding of health & safety, property management, and budgeting
