This role is an order processing specialist within a Customer services team based in West London.

The client is a medium sized, national consumer goods business.
Description
The key duties will include but not be limited to-
* Effectively meet all KPI'S on a daily basis
* Answering phone calls
* Answering chat queries
* Deal with customer queries and complaints
* Update and maintain customer records on the system
* Support other team members and cross train for cover
* Placing, tracking and chasing orders
* Dealing with the stock take
* Chasing and identifying order errors
* Amending orders
* Liaising with Parcel force to track and provide information
