About the Role We are seeking two highly organised and detail-focused Leasing Business Support Coordinators to join our Birmingham-based team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of Nacro’s property leasing activities, supporting the full lifecycle of property acquisition, leasing, compliance, and decommissioning. Working closely with Property Acquisition Managers, Leasing Leads, and colleagues across Operations, Maintenance, and Finance, you will help ensure that all processes are efficient, compliant, and accurately documented. Strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and confidence using CRM and housing management systems are essential. Key Responsibilities Track and monitor property acquisitions from initial assessment to onboarding, ensuring compliance requirements are met. Prepare, populate, and issue lease documentation for new leases and renewals, ensuring approvals and signatures follow Nacro procedures. Maintain accurate records for all assessed, approved, and rejected properties. Work with Property Acquisition Managers and Leasing Leads to ensure compliance certification is in place before properties go live. Update and maintain CRM, housing management systems, databases, and leasing trackers with accurate, timely information. Support decommissioning by capturing and sharing accurate property information with relevant teams. Collate financial records and spreadsheets to support leasing and acquisition activities. Assist with identifying new property partner opportunities and maintain engagement records. Provide general administrative support, including call handling, note-taking, meeting bookings, and internal communications. Essential Skills & Qualities Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Confident verbal and written communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong IT proficiency, including experience with CRM and housing management systems, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
