This EHS Manager role is based at their state-of-the-art plastic waste recycling facility in the Midlands. About The Role You'll join as the site's EHS Manager, leading environmental, health & safety strategy at a key UK facility. Reporting into the Regulatory Compliance Director, you'll oversee a small team and ensure full compliance with UK legislation, while embedding a proactive safety culture in a 24/7 industrial operation. Lead all site-wide EHS strategy, compliance and policy implementation
Develop and deliver employee and contractor training, toolbox talks and workshops
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
Represent the site in corporate EHS meetings and liaise with regulatory authorities
Drive performance through EHS KPIs, reporting, and management engagement
Occasional travel required to an off-site storage facility
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification
Proven experience in manufacturing, recycling, or waste management environments
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without sponsorship
