About the Role
We are representing a leading specialist in the geophysical services sector, renowned for delivering high-accuracy subsurface mapping. This opportunity allows you to move beyond basic tracing and engage with complex, high-density arrays and integrated BIM projects for high-profile UK developments.
Key Responsibilities
You will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of underground utility mapping. This role balances sophisticated field data collection with high-level office-based interpretation. You will not just be locating— you will be interpreting complex data sets to mitigate risk for major infrastructure projects.
Key Qualifications
* Field Expertise: Proven ability to find, locate, and map utilities using EML and GPR (single antenna and high-density arrays).
* PAS 128 Compliance: Minimum of one year’s professional experience delivering surveys to rigorous PAS 128 standards.
* Geospatial Tools: Proficiency in using GPS and Total Stations for data capture.
* Technical Reporting: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Geolitix, and MS Office to produce comprehensive technical drawings and survey logs.
* Compliance & Safety: Ability to contribute to site-specific RAMS and maintain a CSCS card (or equivalent) for site access.
* Mobility: Valid UK manual driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide, including occasional overnight stays.
