What You'll Do: Lead complex care packages involving PEG feeding, tracheostomy, catheterisation, ventilation, and more. Train, supervise, and assess care staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice. Develop, review, and update personalised care plans and clinical protocols. Collaborate with hospitals, GPs, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions. Conduct quality audits and clinical reviews to maintain compliance and safety. Deliver targeted clinical training to staff on medication management, equipment use, and procedures. Identify and manage safeguarding concerns swiftly and according to legal guidelines. Foster a positive, professional culture through strong clinical leadership. What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse with Adult or Children’s NMC PIN (mandatory) 2–4 years post-registration experience, including hospital discharge or complex clinical care. Expertise in complex nursing interventions (PEG, tracheostomy, catheter care). Confident communicator with excellent teamwork and mentoring skills.
