Part-Time Administrator - Thame (Permanent Role) Salary: £25,000 pro rata Hours: Part-time (school hours available - ideal for parents) Are you an organised and friendly individual looking for a flexible administrative role that fits around school hours? We're looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Thame on a permanent basis. About the Role: You'll play a key part in keeping our clients office running smoothly by supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Duties will include: Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls Maintaining records and databases Supporting internal teams with scheduling and documentation Assisting with general office organisation and coordination About You: We're looking for someone who is: Highly organised with great attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A good communicator with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable and able to work independently This role would be perfect for a parent or anyone seeking a work-life balance, as we're happy to accommodate school-hour working patterns.
