Specialist Public Health Nurse - Health Visitor

Main duties of the job
The role may involve: facilitating virtual and face-to-face Preparation for Birth and Beyond groups; providing specialist breastfeeding support; working within our Clinical Triage Team; developing digital platforms to enhance engagement with children, young people, and families; working within evidence-based pathways and interventions such as young carers, young parents, infant mental health, economic wellbeing, and substance misuse; developing skills in Early Attachment Observations; fostering trauma-informed practice by identifying risk and vulnerability to safeguard infants, children, and young people; engaging with parents and young people in service design; collaborating with Children's Centres, Healthy Schools, and other stakeholders.
