Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading law firm to recruit a Legal Biller. This is a 12‑month FTC maternity cover position, hybrid with three days in the office and two days from home. Legal experience and legal billing within a law firm are essential for this role.

The Legal Biller will be responsible for
* :Managing all billing duties, including preparing bills and client invoice
* sClient and matter onboardin
* gProcessing time and cost adjustments as requested by the lawyer
* sPosting of client receipt
* sUploading and posting supplier invoices and payment
* sManagement of accounts payable, including professional disbursement balance
* sAll aspects of client money accounting, including posting receipts and payments against client matters and ensuring compliance with SRA rule
* sLiaising with the Group Finance team to ensure consistency with processes and procedure
