Job Description
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for property construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
2. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure alignment between estimates and project goals.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
5. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and verify conditions.
6. Monitor project budgets and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
7. Provide accurate and timely reporting on project cost performance to stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance estimating practices.
