Key Responsibilities
Delivering high standards of clinical and personal care
Administering medication in line with NMC guidelines and company policy
Developing, reviewing and updating individualised care plans
Supervising and supporting care staff on shift
Monitoring residents health and wellbeing and responding to any changes
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Liaising with GPs, multidisciplinary teams and families
Requirements
Valid NISCC registration
Previous nursing experience in a care home setting is desirable
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of elderly care
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including nights and weekends
