A lovely company based in South Woodham Ferrers need a new Credit Controller. This would make a lovely position for someone who wants to take ownership of the full function and enjoys a varied and busy role that has a lot of administration. This is office based but they possibly could consider one day a week from home.
Daily duties
* Managing the sales ledger
* Resolving queries and liaising with customers
* Working closely with the sales and customer service team to recover outstanding invoices
* Setting credit limits, reviewing credit limits.
* Managing customer direct debits
* Posting receipts and reconciliations
* Ensuring compliant to credit insurance requirements
* Reporting on aged debt
* Maintaining accurate records
Skills required
* An experienced Credit Controller who is happy in a sole charge role and a more administrative position
* Someone who can commit to working in an office
* Good systems experience and Excel
