My client in East London are looking for a Team Manager in the Children's placement team who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment. The post is for a Team Manager in the Placements Team within Corporate parenting and will be responsible for commissioning placements. This will include working in compliance with statutory social work regulations and standards. The team caters to commissioning of all types of alternative homes for Children and young people 0-25 years. You will have management responsibility of social workers and non-social worker staff within the team.
