The Role
Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
Keep students focused, engaged, and on task
Follow school behaviour policies
Provide feedback to teachers and departments
Ensure learning continues in the teacher's absence
What You'll Need
Minimum 6 months' classroom or cover experience
Strong behaviour management and class leadership
Calm, professional, and flexible approach
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain)
