What you’ll be doing Supervising pre-set lessons when teachers are absentKeeping classrooms calm, focused, and positiveSupporting students to stay on task and complete their workManaging behaviour in a fair and confident wayPassing work and notes back to teaching staffFollowing safeguarding procedures at all times You’ll work across different subjects and year groups, which is brilliant experience if you’re exploring a future in teaching.
