This is a hands-on, fast-paced position supporting and leading Assembly Operators across multiple mechanical assembly areas — including CV/Aux, Modules, Mobile, 4V3 & 4V5. You'll coordinate daily operations, ensure safety and quality targets are met, resolve issues quickly, and work closely with planning, machining, logistics and other support teams to keep production flowing.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, people leadership, and maintaining high operational standards while actively driving improvements.
What will you be doing?

• Lead and coordinate Assembly Operators to meet daily and weekly production requirements
• Conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews in line with internal processes
• Manage attendance, absence reporting and holiday tracking
• Provide daily coaching, support and feedback on the shop floor
