Job overview Derby, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire ICB Cluster Following the decision to cluster NHS Derby and Derbyshire ICB, NHS Lincolnshire ICB and NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB under a single Executive Director Team with a single Senior Leadership Team we are looking for a Director of Corporate Outcomes who will report to the Executive Director of Outcomes (Medical). The cluster ICBs will have a critical role to play in delivering the ambitions of the NHS 10-Year Plan and in achieving the new NHS operating model. The NHS 10-Year Plan emphasizes prevention, personalised care, and integrated neighbourhood services; goals that will need strong clinical leaders to bring about changes to how services are organised and how resources are allocated Our ambition is to achieve a high performing Integrated Care System able to rival the best in the world for our population of over 3.2 million people. Advert As a senior leader within the DLN ICB Cluster, you will provide high level clinical and strategic oversight across a wide range of functions, ensuring that our commissioning approach is consistent, aligned and focused on improving outcomes for our populations. You will act on behalf of the Executive Director of Outcomes (Medical) when required, offering delegated leadership across key portfolios including: Population health and prevention Clinical value and stewardship Commissioning strategy and delivery Utilisation review This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with deputy directors, executive teams and wider system partners across all three ICBs to drive a unified and effective strategic commissioning cycle. The post will also participate in the ICB Cluster on call rota.
