Purpose of the role Reporting to the Clinical Development Manager, the Clinical Leads collaborate with the regional field team, including the New Technology Specialists to ensure they can maximise the utilisation of the CARTO® 3 Systems and technologies with all customers. The purpose of these roles is to act as an extension of the UK Electrophysiology sales and marketing team who support activities that drive the penetration of our products and technologies in the AFIB and EP markets. This will predominantly focus on leading in clinical excellence and proficiency of the Electrophysiology field team, supporting strategic activities to achieve all business objectives around Carto® 3 utilisation and product adoption. What to expect: _Clinical Execution of Business Strategy:_ Work alongside the Regional Sales Managers to ensure the regional field team are able to enhance the utilization of CARTO® 3 Systems with legacy and new technologies through infield training, coaching & support. Most of the activity (75%) will be spent directly upskilling and supporting the field team through field visits incorporating clinical excellence, ensuring best practice and delivering training and feedback. Work closely with Marketing and the Regional Sales Manager to support the execution of their regional business plans Share best clinical practices and identify critical success factors Disseminate key clinical data in line with our marketing strategy and technologies Monitor & assess competitor activity and use this knowledge to support in the development of competitive advantage for J&J Electrophysiology. Represent the UK on national and EMEA calls to ensure timely dissemination of key messages to regional team. Lead the distribution and cascade of training materials from EMEA _Internal training:_ Ensure that in the UK the EMEA training is implemented and adjusted to local needs. Lead and coordinate the education of all field-based team members (TTS, TS, Senior TS and AMs) within their regions. Drive clinical excellence; maintain field team clinical competency and upskilling through ongoing EMEA trainings and assessment programs as well as driving adoption of local competency tools. Assure new technologies are incorporated in new hire training after launch. Work closely with EMEA team (SL&D/MKT) to ensure UK needs are incorporated. _KOL's and strategic accounts:_ Establish relationship with New Product Introduction (NPI) users and Key Opinion Leaders across UK to link and understand NPI usage with the newest clinical strategies, especially for AF treatment. Ensure these best practices of NPI usage are cascaded into the training of the field team to drive best clinical outcomes. Meet New Technology Specialists working with KOLs to better define needs and clinical advice to/from KOLs. Who are we looking for? A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, master's degree preferred Proven experience as Technical Specialist or equivalent If internal a minimum performance score of FM/FM for the last 2 years Enthusiasm, energy, ability to lead by influence Interpersonal relation and communication skills Demonstrates leadership behaviors within a team People management skills (or potential) Strong EP clinical knowledge Trained in applying sophisticated Microsoft package skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Full & clean driving license What type of mark will YOU make?
