We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Graduate to join a leading aerospace and power generation manufacturer. Acting as a key support to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll gain exposure across engineering, production, quality, HR and operational functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn all areas of a growing manufacturing business, supporting continuous improvement, coordinating workstreams, and helping ensure on-time delivery within a highly regulated environment.

Job Description

* Work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and team leaders to support daily operations
* Get involved across different areas of the business including manufacturing, engineering, quality and HR
* Help improve processes and solve day-to-day production issues
* Support team leaders and shop floor staff with operational tasks
* Assist with admin tasks such as time and attendance, investigations and general coordination
* Help keep communication flowing between departments and support ongoing projects

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

* Degree qualified (Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical preferred)
* Strong interest in manufacturing and operational environments
* Organised, adaptable and willing to learn across multiple business functions
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with shop floor and management teams
