Head of Customer Operations (12-Month Contract) – SaaS / EdTech – Sheffield (Hybrid) We’re working with a fast-growing international SaaS company in the EdTech sector looking to appoint a Head of Customer Operations on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This key leadership role is ideal for a Digital Head of Ops Manager with experience in digital transformation, automation, and customer excellence. What You'll Do: * Lead day-to-day customer operations across global teams. * Drive digital transformation (AI chatbots, self-service, automation). * Collaborate with Product/Tech to improve customer journeys. * Deliver excellence in complaints, retention & NPS. What You’ll Need: * 5 years in senior ops roles (ideally SaaS or EdTech). * Proven track record in digital service transformation. * CRM/Helpdesk/AI tools experience. * Strong team leadership and change management.
