Job Summary
A wonderful opportunity to join Salisbury District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Intensive Care and High Dependency Unit (Radnor), which is rated by CQC as an outstanding critical care unit. It also supports the regional referral centres for burns, plastics, and spinal cord injuries.
We are looking to recruit highly motivated, experienced, caring, and compassionate band 6 Critical Care Sisters / Charge Nurses to join our forward-thinking team.
Main duties of the job
We require Registered Nurses who have completed a recognised post-registration critical care course, have experience of teaching and assessing, and a minimum of 18 months post-critical care course experience. Recent critical care experience and holding a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or BSc (Hons) in Nursing or a health-related subject (or working towards a degree) are also required.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills in a friendly and supportive unit, where personal and professional development is actively encouraged. Successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive induction program under the guidance of the education lead and senior team members.
