Join us as our Strategic Account Manager, AHN Europe

Novonesis has recently agreed to acquire the DSMf share of the feed enzyme alliance, and will become the world’s leading biosolutions provider in animal health and nutrition (pending regulatory approvals). In this role, you will lead relationships with the regions key strategic partners—delivering feed enzyme and probiotic solutions that drive animal health, performance, efficiency, and sustainability. Your contribution will be pivotal to our commercial success in the region

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By


* Acting as the regional anchor point for the global Novonesis team, managing AHN activities.
* Promoting, and nurturing, a positive relationship with strategic accounts in Europe.
* Coordinating and delivering training and development activities across AHN Europe.
* Drive and support demand generating activities, to grow AHN business.
* Preparing and executing launch activities to ensure smooth market entry.
* Aligning with other regional anchors in Novonesis through regular meetings.
* Having a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver full customer value and ensure consistency and quality across all sites.
* Owning revenue, forecasting, and budgeting responsibilities for strategic accounts in Europe.
* Leading the creation and implementation of a comprehensive account plan that aligns with both regional and global strategies.

Potentially Relevant Experience

* Proven experience in revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting within a large-scale business environment.
* Strong ability to lead account planning processes and align them with broader organizational strategies.
* A track record of building and maintaining trust-based relationships across complex organizations.
* Expertise in coordinating training programs and overseeing service delivery for multiple sites.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with regional and global teams to achieve shared goals.
