Supporting the team to run the day to day across our busy business centres, sset up meeting rooms and weekly events
Work with and support the Premises Officer
Working with site cleaners to ensure a great standard for our customers and tenants
Grounds Maintenance
General Maintenance across our 4 buildings with 95 workspaces
There will be some basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning. First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors
Painting and decorating
Knowledge of building health and safety and security

Overall Purpose of this post
To provide cleaning, security, repairs and maintenance services at multiple sites.
To maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
To be customer-orientated and achieve good customer relations.
To maintain the safety and security of premises, material and equipment.
To meet the repair and maintenance needs of the building and external areas, maintaining fixtures and fittings to approved standards.
To recognise the differing needs of customers in the provision of services.Summary of job Tasks: The tasks listed are, generally, only those taking at least 10% of the post holder's time.
Undertakes cleaning duties and supervises the work of domestic and agency cleaning staff to ensure the cleanliness and tindiness of buildings and external areas.
Monitors the condition of the building, services, furniture and equipment, reporting problems and arranging major repairs in conjunction with the Operations Director.
Undertakes minor repairs, decoration and routine maintenance (including but not limited to changing light bulbs and plugs, basic carpentry, basic plumbing).
Maintains security, acting as key holder, and programmes and tests security and fire alarm systems.
Undertakes a range of caretaker duties (including setting out furniture for meetings, setting up and maintaining equipment, reading electricity meters, providing basic technical support for exhibitions and events).
Maintains records and produces reports of work to be actioned, and undertakes Health and Safety inspections.
Identifies, reports to management, and deals with breaches of tenancy conditions and contractors non-compliance.
Takes initial action for emergencies, resolves problems and requests and covers reception in the absence of management and other staff.
Effectively utilising time, prioritising tasks between numerous sites and communication movements with line management. INDOLD
