What you’ll be doing: Leading on the design of sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions. Providing expert technical guidance and oversight on design calculations, specs and standards. Challenging the status quo, driving innovation and embedding best practice across projects. Collaborating with suppliers and partners to improve efficiency and raise technical standards. Researching and implementing cutting-edge digital design concepts. Mentoring and developing junior engineers. Delivering projects on budget and beyond expectations. What we’re looking for: MSc/MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent). Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IET or similar). 10 years’ experience in a relevant industry. A strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving and innovation skills. Full driving licence (site visits required). What’s in it for you?
