Overview
PRN, coordinates, evaluates and provides music therapy to patients receiving hospice care.
Responsibilities
* Develops, coordinates and provides an organized music therapy program.
* Provides music therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations.
* Develops a plan of care.
* Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, governmental and accreditation requirements.
* Participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
* Performs other job-related tasks as requested.
Qualifications
* Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute.
* Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
