Solicitor – Inheritance & Trust Disputes
TSR Legal are currently supporting a well regarded multi office law firm based in Carmarthen, who are seeking a Solicitor to join the highly regarded Inheritance & Trust Disputes team. Whether you are newly qualified or bring several years of post-qualification experience, this is an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding career in a specialist and growing area of law with the support of a nationally recognised team.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including challenges to the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, disputed trusts and trustee disputes. You will work closely with colleagues across South Wales to deliver an exceptional client experience while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and referrers. The role will also involve participation in business development and networking activities, contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
Whilst previous experience in contentious probate is desirable, it is not essential. Our client welcomes applications from candidates with a background in litigation or probate who are looking to specialise in this complex and rewarding area of practice.
