Requirements
About you
* You've recently finished, or are about to finish, your Masters or PhD degree in a people-related course (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, People Analytics, Social Sciences, Behavioural Economics) and are looking for a role to apply your knowledge creatively and innovatively.
* You can analyze culture questions critically, questioning assumptions and gathering information to test hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate with the Culture Tribe to implement initiatives, learn from team members, and develop skills in delivering successful people projects. Your work may include:
* Reviewing and suggesting improvements to processes like feedback, onboarding, and recruitment, including data collection and analysis.
* Conducting culture surveys and focus groups, analyzing results statistically.
* Supporting recruitment activities, including candidate follow-up, psychometric testing, interviews, and onboarding.
* Using evidence-based methods to assess attributes that support our collaborative culture and integrating these into hiring.
* Providing support for Swiggers as a central point of contact for people-related questions.
* Supporting Swiggers' well-being through empathetic engagement.
