Behavioral Autism Therapies, LLC (B.A.T.) provides support to families of individuals with Autism and special needs, through the implementation of effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies. We provide customized behavioral programs for their individual challenges, enabling them to enhance their quality of life. Our agency focuses on teamwork, and require 100% parent participation in our program.
Requirements:
* Valid California driver’s license and car insurance is required for driving to the homes of the families you will serve.
Job Description:
* Collect data and complete program checklist and calculating the correct statistics based on data collected throughout each session
* Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development meetings -Report any incidents and communication from parents to the Clinical Supervisor
* Attend to other duties assigned and/or approved by the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director
* Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle.
* Stand, sit twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance from another adult
Schedule:
* From 12:30-8pm or from 2-8:30 pm
* Part-Time to Full-Time position
* Competitive hourly rate depending on education and experience in the field
* Includes direct service hourly rate and administrative rate for drive time
* Candidates are paid for 12-hour training program -Supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will qualify towards the clinical hours required by the BACB.
* This valuable training will sharpen your skills and prepare you for potential growth opportunities.
* On-site classes are being provided in collaboration with National University for a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
