Service Advisor - Yeomans Nissan Bognor Regis
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team at Yeomans Nissan Bognor Regis. This customer-focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures in a busy working environment. A key element of the position is telephone call handling; previous experience in telephone communications and IT literacy are essential.
Responsibilities
* Making and receiving calls to and from customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention
* Converting these contacts into workshop bookings
* Appropriately up selling related products and services as applicable
* Demonstrating good interpersonal skills and the ability to work from your own initiative
Qualifications
* Previous Service Advisor experience is necessary
* Knowledge of Keyloop and RTC is desired
