The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment
Follow detailed lesson plans and instructions provided by teachers
Manage student behaviour and support engagement with learning activities
Assist with administrative tasks related to cover lessons as needed
Liaise with teaching staff and school leadership regarding student conduct and progressPerson Specification / Requirements
To be successful, you will:
Have previous experience working with children or in a school setting (desirable)
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
Be able to manage and motivate students effectively
Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
Have the legal right to work in the UK
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possibleAbout the School (This Client)
