Eventus Legal are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing Yorkshire law firm, in their Selbyoffice.. This is a permanent position, and the successful applicant will be rewarded with generous salary (depending on experience), hybrid working, 26 days holiday (rising to 31 with service), group healthcare scheme and a companywide bonus.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will run a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, typically the more complex transactions, but they will be both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, newbuild, transfer of equity and all associated matters. There is secretarial support.
Person specification
We are looking for qualified Residential Conveyancers, either as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. You will have a minimum of 3 years PQEacross all aspects of conveyancing. Working hours are 9am-5pm with one hour for lunch. The current postholder works on a part-time basis (9am-2:45pm) but either part-time like this, or full-time will be considered for the right applicant.
