Duties of the Sales Advisor: * To service Inbound Sales Calls and convert from an Enquiry to a Booking. * Provide excellent customer service, understanding the customer’s needs, building rapport. * Follow a proven Sales structure and consistently hit KPI’s in conversion rate, margins, data capture and call handling * Making accurate cost calculations, providing customers with quotations quickly and efficiently * Produce accurate administration work to complete the booking process * Follow the call centre compliance guidelines that include adhering to the GDPR and Data protection policies * Work proactively as part of a small team within a large department of Sales Advisors, bringing positive energy and drive to a fast-moving environment.
