Youll be part of a dedicated team, engaging directly with tenants and delivering a professional, respectful service while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and safety.
What You'll be Doing
* Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
* Install and maintain ventilation systems
* Engage with residents in a customer-facing role
* Collaborate with schedulers and management
* Use a PDA system to complete job cards and certificates
What Youll Bring
* Proven electrical experience (social housing experience preferred)
* 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3
* 2391-52 or equivalent
* Strong communication & computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in the installation of fans in residential properties
