Location:BYD of Exeter
Salary:£29,500 per annum OTE £35,500
Hours:Monday to Friday 0800 - 1800 with 1hr for lunch, plus Saturday mornings 0800 - 1300 on a Rota basis.

About the Role
AsService Advisoryou will work closely with our workshop ensuring work is organised and completed, while utilising the workshop to its maximum capacity, always maintaining our highest levels of customer service expected. The primary focus being upselling additional work and add ons.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Responsible for prioritising customer requirements throughout the service operation
* To ensure every opportunity is met to achieve customer ‘Fix First Visit’
* Primary focus being upselling additional work and add ons
* Monitors workshop loading, ensuring continuity to maximise productivity
* Allocates the flow of work into the workshop, maximising available resources
* Manages the standard and quality of technical information
* Ensures that the authorisation of warranty and goodwill meets the manufacturers recommendations
What's required from you?
* Previous service/sales experience within the Motor industrial (Desirable)
* Proven sales track record, transferable skills from other sectors will be considered
* Experience of a customer focused environment
* Specialist/ technical product knowledge
* Admin and IT Skills
