A Birmingham-based construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead residential projects across the Midlands. This Senior Project Manager opportunity is ideal for someone who can step straight into project delivery and manage schemes with confidence from day one. The successful Senior Project Manager will work across major residential developments, including housing association and build to rent projects ranging from 150 to 400 units. This Senior Project Manager role will involve both pre-contract and post-contract work, with the Senior Project Manager taking ownership of client relationships, project teams and successful delivery. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
