Vacancy: Vaccinations Admin Support Assistant
We have an exciting and challenging opportunity to join a small team of enthusiastic Vaccinations Admin Support Assistants supporting NHS Highland’s vaccination programme.
The successful candidate will possess strong administration skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and the following skills:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience working as part of a team
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to use own initiative
* Experience working in a busy environment
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
* Understanding of confidentiality in healthcare
* Flexible and effective communication skills
Responsibilities include managing referrals, scheduling vaccination appointments, maintaining accurate records, handling calls and emails, and escalating enquiries when necessary. Full training will be provided.
