Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and rollout of innovative, performance-driven incentive schemes across multiple European markets
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align incentive strategy with business goals, driving growth and behavioural impact
* Evaluate and advise on centralised vs. localised approaches to incentive planning
* Support the implementation of a new sales commission model, leveraging tools to scale effectively
* Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, guiding them through the full lifecycle of incentive plan development – from concept to execution
* Influence future reward – with potential to expand into broader Comp & Bens in the future
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience designing and implementing various types of incentive plans across diverse European markets
* Strong stakeholder management skills – confident working with SVPs and senior leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Commercially minded with a creative approach to incentive strategy
* Background in large, matrixed organisations with complex business structures
* A strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability and a passion for driving performance through smart reward design
