Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and develop innovative community‑focused approaches.
* Ensure strong financial and operational management within a demanding regulatory environment.

* Embed the organisation’s mission, vision and values at every level.
Qualifications
* Exceptional leader with a strong record of strategic achievement.
* Experience of managing change and a clear understanding of safeguarding and regulatory responsibilities.
* Excellent relationship‑building skills and a deep commitment to improving the lives of young people and ending homelessness.
