You will bring vital operational administration support to the business. You will support various departments with a finance‑focused administrative lens to ensure our operation is running at its best. Key Responsibilities: Support daily site operations by delivering accurate administrative and finance‑focused tasks. Process invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and assist with month‑end activities. Handles invoice queries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Generation of weekly operational and financial statistics Monitors and tracks budgets, highlighting variances in spend Maintain records, databases, and operational documentation to ensure financial accuracy. Consult with suppliers, drivers, internal teams, and customers to resolve queries promptly and professionally. Provide general operational administrative support including email handling, filing, visitor assistance, and coordination of operational paperwork. Assist with financial data checks, reporting, and provide support to on‑site finance teams. Skills and Experience: Previous experience within a finance administrative position A background in data reporting and experience producing management reports would be advantageous Confident supporting core finance processes, including invoicing, expenses, and accurate data entry. Strong numeracy skills with excellent accuracy and diligence. Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Effective communicator with a customer‑focused, solution‑oriented approach. Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage a busy, varied workload.
