Job Description Were looking for x2 Mechanical Pump Engineers (Field Based) to join a well-established and growing pump solutions company based around Oxfordshire! This field-based role covers both clean water and wastewater sites.

Youll work both independently (once fully trained) and as part of a team, carrying out servicing, installation, and maintenance on a variety of pumping equipment and related systems.
These are Full-Time, Permanent positions with full training provided ! What youll be doing Service, install, and commission a variety of pumping equipment (including pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, and associated components) Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to keep systems running efficiently Remove and replace pumps, valves, and other components Complete accurate site reports Drive the company van and maintain stock of tools and materials Work safely across clean and wastewater sites, following Health & Safety guidelines Work flexibly with no overnight stays required Deliver excellent customer service and represent the business professionally on every site Hours Monday-Friday, 8am-4:45pm (flexibility required) Optional call-out rota for extra earnings (no overnight stays required) Pay Basic salary: £40,000£45,000 per year (depending on experience) With optional call-outs and overtime, engineers can earn up to £60,000 OTE Premium overtime rates: time-and-a-half & double time Door-to-door travel pay for field visits (excluding travel to/from the office) Skills/Experience Required A valid UK driving licence essential Mechanical experience is required, multi-skilled candidates are highly valued Hands-on experience with pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, or water treatment equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Health & Safety awareness; CSCS or confined space training beneficial Benefits Full training and ongoing support in a friendly, team-based environment Company pension scheme Private healthcare Overtime at premium rates Company phone / tablet provided Tools and all expenses covered Company van (available for personal use) Free on-site parking Flexible working Optional call-outs for extra earning potential No nights away required Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
