Are you a Senior Accountant looking for the opportunity to progress with a growing firm?We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a well-established, multi-site firm of Chartered Accountants, at their office based in Huddersfield. Long-established, this firm has a fantastic reputation across Yorkshire, growing from strength to strength each year. This opportunity will ensure you join an established team, that will help push you forward to the next stage of your career. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
* Preparation of statutory year end accounts for a variety of clients.
* Preparation of management accounts to be sent to clients.
* Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
* Bookkeeping duties when required.
* Calculating corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.
To be applicable for this Senior Accountant role, ideally you should meet the following:
* Be ACA, or ACCA qualified
* Have minimum 3+ years’ experience working as a Senior Accountant in an Accountancy firm.
* Feel comfortable liaising with clients and working towards ownership of your own portfolio of clients.
