ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager - SUSHISAMBA, the Joao's Place Supervisor will work in partnership with the Head Bartender to run a successful daily operation, ensuring the bar team works together to provide exceptional service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, a people-person and passionate about what they do!
As Joao's Place Supervisor, key aspects of your role will include:
1. Help to recruit and retain the best talent on the market
2. Develop teamwork throughout your team
3. Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
4. Lead by example, displaying the highest standards of hospitality to guests and talent
5. Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and licensing
6. Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
7. Work in collaboration with the wider Beverage and Food team to ensure a successful operation that upholds the high standards our guests have grown to expect.
Our ideal Joao's Place Supervisor is someone who has:
8. Previous experience working in high-end, high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
