* Supporting students with SEMH needs in their educational and personal development.
* Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
* Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Essential: Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
* A compassionate and patient approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred but not essential).
