Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in administering insolvency appointments and carry out general office administration.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location may vary between Hereford, Abergavenny and Cardiff
Duties
* Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
* Attend initial meetings with Insolvency Practitioner
* Prepare documentation for appointment and creditors
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
* Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
* Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations
* Be willing to train and deal with sensitive situations
* Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
