Key duties for the Master / Senior Diagnostic Technician role:
8. Conduct advanced diagnostics and vehicle repairs using state-of-the-art equipment
9. Fault finding and rectification on complex electrical and mechanical systems
10. Carry out vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
11. Lead technical troubleshooting initiatives and support junior technicians
12. Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards
13. Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers to deliver excellent service
Candidate requirements for the Master / Senior Diagnostic Technician role:
14. Extensive experience (usually 5+ years) in vehicle diagnostics and repair within a dealership or independent garage setting
15. Proven expertise with vehicle electrical systems, ECUs, and diagnostic tools
16. Strong mechanical skills with a keen eye for detail
17. High-level problem-solving abilities
18. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
