What You'll Do:
As a Construction Administrator, you will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
Document Management: Upload and manage a high volume of technical documents, plans, and reports in a CRM system, ensuring data integrity and easy access.
Client Liaison: Proactively engage with clients, architects, and stakeholders to gather outstanding documents and necessary approvals, ensuring projects progress without a hitch.
Task Coordination: Monitor and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks for the Technical Team, swiftly escalating any issues that arise.
Portal Management: Handle technical queries from the client portal efficiently, providing clear and concise responses or directing inquiries to the right team member.
Documentation Filing: Ensure all documentation is correctly labelled and filed in accordance with compliance standards in our CRM system.
General Support: Provide comprehensive ad-hoc administrative support to maintain operational efficiency within the team.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Construction Knowledge: A basic understanding of construction/property terminology and processes is advantageous.
Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in the construction, property, or architectural sectors.
organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
